The mum-of-two showed off her dedication by displaying her washboard abs in a red bikini for the April edition of Women’s Health Magazine.

And Gwynnie, who also stars on the cover, gives some advice that has helped keep her in peak condition.

She says: “I have a pretty healthy diet, so when I’m eating processed foods and not watching my alcohol intake, I feel it.
