THE Robot Wars Grand Final is just around the corner and fans are eagerly awaiting the big showdown.
But who's presenting the show, what's happened to the house robots and when is it on? Read on for all the details of the latest series.
When is the Robot Wars Grand Final?
Robot Wars' Grand Final will take place on Sunday 16 April at 7.00pm.
The robots battling it out for the trophy are Erruption, Ironside 3, Aftershock and Concussion.
A wild card selected by the judges will also join them.
The new series launched on March 5, but it had a break last weekend as the BBC showed the conclusion of The Masters golf tournament.
Who is presenting Robot Wars?
Angela Scanlon
Before fronting Robot Wars, Angela has got an impressive CV of presenting roles after starting live on Ireland's RTE channel.
As well as Robot Wars, she is currently working on The One Show as Alex Jones goes on maternity leave.
You can catch her on co-hosting with Matt Baker on Thursdays and Fridays from 7pm. Michelle Ackerley will host Monday to Wednesday.
Dara O'Briain
The Irish comedian is known to most as the host of satirical comedy show, Mock the Week.
But the stand-up comic has also become a regular host for discussion shows - including The Apprentice spin-off You're Fired.
Who are the House Robots?
Regular robots Sir Killalot, Matilda, Shunt and Dead Metal have been “evolved and upgraded to modern-day standards to be even more impressive and even more menacing," according to the BBC, and they look bigger and badder than ever.
Sir Killalot
A force to be reckoned with.
The head of the robot gang now weighs 741kg, much heavier than the 520kg he was in the 90s.
The beast has been fitted with a drill lance and a new set of claws which can lift 300kd and crush with 2.5 tonnes of strength.
The mean machine has also had a speed upgrade and can now whizz around the ring at 10mph.
Dead Metal
The cyborg now weights a whopping 343 kg, almost double what he was before.
While he keeps his rotating saw and crushing pincers, the beast has a new set of giant tyres.
Matilda
The leading lady.
To look even more fearsome, she has been fitted with some evil looking red LED eyes - they'll definitely scare the competition.
Like the others, she a lot heavier than before and can travel at 14mph.
She can now lift 1.5tonnes too .. she's not to be messed with!
Shunt
Shunt has tripled in size since the 90s.
Now 327kg and sporting some giant tyres Shunt really has got a fantastic facelift.
His shovel has also been made bigger.
And to terrify you even more, he has a titanium swinging axe to butcher his enemies.
