Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are in hysterics after she accidentally says ‘sp**k’ while talking about sweets on This Morning
Phil was shocked by the naughty outburst from his co-host
THIS Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left in hysterics when she accidentally said "sp**k' while they were talking about sweets on today's show.
Holly shocked her co-host with the naughty outburst when she was reading out viewers' comments live on air.
The debate was around whether the fried egg-shaped sweet in a bag of Haribo was really a UFO and Holly was reading out comments from fans when the mishap occurred.
She said: "My son thinks pink mushrooms...thinks s***k mushrooms" before covering her mouth and breaking out in a fit of giggles after realising her mistake.
After collecting herself, Holly continued: "Hang on...my son thinks pink mushrooms are nipples, I nearly choked eating one when he asked me for 'another nipple'".
Holly and Phil cracked up once again as Phillip quipped: "Thankfully we don't have a plate full of those."
Viewers at home thought the gaffe was hilarious with one fan writing on Twitter: "Holly just said sp**k on #This Morning...this is TV gold!".
Another added: "Woke up to hear Holly Willoughby accidentally say sp**k on #ThisMorning #Goodmorning".
Meanwhile, things got even naughtier during yesterday's instalment when Gino D'Acampo had Phil and Holly in hysterics with his innuendo-filled cooking segment.
Holly fell about after the chef revealed he would be making his version of a Toad in the Hole called "a sausage in the hole".
As the pair laughed, Phillip asked: “What makes it a sausage in the hole?”
Never one to take the bait, Gino said straight-faced: "It’s thicker, it’s tastier and it’s got fennel, it’s my interpretation of a Toad in a Hole.”
He then added: “When you go home and ask your wife, ‘what you do want?’ she says, 'I want a sausage in the hole’.”
The hosts then completely lost their composure but Phillip got it together enough to ask: "Shall we save him or let him dig a deeper hole?” before cutting to a break.
Things got even saucier during the actual cooking segment with Holly asking: "To get the onions that crispy, do you do that quick and fast or long and slow?"
Gino cheekily replied: "Whatever turns you on!"
Phillip then asked: "What would you prefer?" as Holly blushed Gino declared: "That's a good question!"
Holly answered: "Well it depends on how long we've got!"
