Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin urges Louis Tomlinson to employ hefty personal security after airport bust-up which saw him arrested
The Departed actor offered some sage words for the 1D star after this weekend's fracas
HOLLYWOOD legend Alec Baldwin has pleaded with Louis Tomlinson to employ hefty personal security following the airport bust-up which saw him arrested this weekend.
The 25-year-old star wrestled with a member of the paparazzi at Los Angeles Airport over the weekend as he passed through the terminal with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
Following the dramatic fracas Alec, 58 offered some words of wisdom for his fellow star and speaking on Good Morning Britain today, he offered some sage advice.
He told Louis: "It's not a good idea to respond.
"If you do, they get the better of you, so try to do better.
"When you're young, you don't have a wife or children take my advice - use that money to get a bodyguard."
Meanwhile show host Piers Morgan again reinforced his support for the popstar, who lost his mum last year.
He said: "I have a lot of sympathy for Louis Tomlinson.
"I felt the guy (the photographer) crossed the line."

On yesterday's show, Piers again showed his support after The Sun revealed images of the dramatic brawl.
It involved the star as well as fans and a photographer.
Louis then got into a heated exchange with a number of fans who were filming the incident, and a 22-year-old woman claims he threw her on the floor and “socked” her in the face, offences that could see Louis locked up for six months.
But on Monday's Good Morning Britain, Piers planted his flag firmly in Louis' camp, saying: "I'm with Louis, I've watched the footage and I think he was treated appallingly.
"He was just defending his girlfriend".
He added: "I feel sorry for him, he was just getting bothered at the airport by fans, get over yourselves."
The One Direction star was put under citizen's arrest according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's department.
He was charged with simple battery and a misdemeanour.
Bail was set at £16,000 but Louis was released without payment on a personal recognizance bond - whereby he promised in writing to appear at all future court hearings.
