The reality regular has lost nearly 11 stone after undergoing gastric bypass surgery - and she wanted to tighten up her wobbly bits.

Mama June, 37, is starring in her own reality show, WE TV’s Mama June: From Not to Hot, which is documenting her incredible weight loss as she drops from 33 stone down to a UK size 8 throughout the course of the show.

She has lost the majority of the weight by having gastric bypass surgery - the operation couldn't cure her "turkey neck".

Mama June has revealed her kids poked fun at the excess fat around her neck, so she vowed to get rid of it.

She signed up to undergo a special procedure called “cool sculpting,” which blasts away the fat.

She said: "My kids joke about my turkey neck or ‘gobble gobble'... Really honestly, I’m feeling the nerves."

She was seen having the operation explained to her by her consultant, and Mama June was told she would have to wait eight weeks to see the results.

Fans will also have to wait weeks until the reality star finally unveils her completed makeover.

In the first episode of the series, viewers watched as Mama June went through the life-altering gastric sleeve surgery to kick star her weight loss after discovering her ex was getting married again.

After fitting the gastric sleeve – a less complicated version of a gastric band – she has now shrunk to a US size four – a UK size eight.

The gran-of-two also had extra motivation and help from personal trainer Kenya Crooks, who admitted to using an AIRHORN to get her out of bed.

Mama June hopes to conquer Hollywood and become the next Melissa McCarthy after finally unveiling her glam new look.
