Oasis fans convinced they know who will support band on reunion tours as fans beg ‘make it a 90s fest’
OASIS fans have been speculating over which acts will join the reunion tour next year - and have some very clear favourites.
While details of the 17-date, sold-out UK shows have been revealed there has been no mention yet of who will support Oasis on tour.
Writing on Reddit, fans have offered their theories with some praying the support acts also bring back the 90s nostalgia.
One fan said: "I'm hoping Richard Ashcroft and Ocean Colour Scene. Might as well make it a 90s fest."
A second posted: "It’s gotta be Tom Meighan and Richard Ashcroft, right?"
A third added: "I saw an Instagram post asking who will support the oasis reunion and people were obviously suggesting Kasabian, Inhaler, Richard Ashcroft, Johnny Marr, etc.

"However a few people did suggest Fontaines, I do think they’re obviously big enough but don't think they’d meet the audience of being 50-odd-year-olds, thoughts?"
A fourth suggested: "Okay so it’s happening. Who are the support acts? My guess: Richard Ashcroft, Primal Scream, The Courteeners, DMA’s, Blossoms, Charlatans and Ride."
Alongside their comments, one fan added a fake promo poster with their suggestions for who the supporting acts should be.
Last month Blossoms performed in Manchester at Wythenshawe Park, and ended their set with a video teaser for the heavily rumoured Oasis reunion, causing many fans to speculate they could be one of the potential support acts in 2025.
The theories come as Oasis have hinted that their reunion tour might also extend to the US.
The UK and Ireland gigs of Oasis Live 25 have now sold out, but many fans were left disappointed as retailer Ticketmaster struggled to service the demand and even added 'surge prices'.
Fans reported being stuck in a planned “virtual queue” on the website over the weekend.
And when they made it to the front of the queue, they discovered tickets were being sold for double that of face value.
Some fans reported £148 tickets were on at £355 within hours of going on sale, due to dynamic pricing.
The concept — which sees prices rising alongside customer demand — was introduced by Ticketmaster in 2022.
