Chanelle Hayes is pregnant with ‘miracle baby’ after fearing extreme weight gain had left her infertile
Chanelle is 'incredibly excited' she is 13 weeks pregnant and due to give birth to her second child in September
BIG Brother star Chanelle Hayes is pregnant with her second child.
The 29-year-old is "incredibly excited" she is expecting a "miracle baby" with her boyfriend of one year, PE teacher Ryan Oates, after fearing she'd been left infertile.
The TV star told This Morning's Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby in January that she was terrified years of yo-yo dieting and weight gain had left her unable to have any more children.
Chanelle, who is already mum to Blakely, six, with footballer ex Matthew Bates, admitted she wanted more kids but would have to lose weight as it had affected her menstrual cycle.
"I want to have more children - not right now obviously because it's basically impossible - but it's something I want," she said.
Chanelle, who was once a glamour model and a slim size 8 in 2008, has fluctuated in size over the years. The reality star had insisted she was happy as a size 16 in 2013, but then slimmed down to a 14.

But recently body confident Chanelle gained even more weight, going from a size 12-14 to an 18.
Not only did she fear she was unable to have any more children, but confessed she'd been suffering a multitude of health problems because of her size.
Speaking about her body fears, Chanelle admitted that recently doctors had told her that she was too heavy for her frame after slipping two discs in her back and suffering from constant pain in her knees.
Chanelle also discovered she was on the brink of type 2 diabetes and admitted: "I was really indulging, I could barely get up."
A spokesperson for Chanelle confirmed her happy news and exclusively told The Sun Online: "I'm delighted to confirm that Chanelle Hayes is pregnant with her second child.
"Although the news came as some surprise, Chanelle, her partner Ryan and son Blakely are incredibly excited to welcome the new arrival later this year."
