Former BGT winners Collabro have blasted ex-band member Richard Hadfield over claims they bullied him out

FORMER Britain's Got Talent winners Collabro have blasted former band member Richard Hadfield over claims they bullied him out of the band.

Matt Pagan, one of the new foursome, hit out at Richard's remarks.

He told the : "To call us bullies was bang out of order.

"We were obviously disappointed and upset, we are not bullies and so it was really upsetting to hear him say that."

Matt also said that they had not said anything bad about Richard "out of respect".

He then agreed that there were arguments but stressed that they were two-sided.

In May 2016, The Sun revealed that Richard was leaving the band after a huge feud.

 

Richard last month also accused the band, now composed of Jamie Lambert, Michael Auger, Thomas Redgrave and Matt Pagan, of lying about the split.

In an interview, Jamie had said that there were no hard feelings between them - but Richard told  that the band "know [this] isn't true".

The ex-band member revealed: "Due to a contractual disclosure agreement I am not allowed to discuss what really happened but I can assure you I am far happier in the direction I am going and that I am no longer subject to the politics and manipulation that took place during my time in Collabro."

Richard has also attributed losing almost four stone to leaving the band, claiming that his unhappiness led to him comfort eating.
