After giving birth to daughter, Lucia, last year, Shaughna has said she is on a mission for a healthier lifestyle.
She said: "I've been trying to get fit or die trying - I'm halfway and I've lost two stone [so] far and I've got another two to lose.
"I'm literally trying my best to just drink water, I don't really drink alcohol day to day, I'm doing 10k steps a day, and just trying to find out what works for me."
Speaking to the , Shaughna continued: "I honestly thought I'd have a baby and I'd go gym and be back to normal but I've forgotten I need to look after the baby."
However, she's been forced to hit back at claims she's been using Ozempic in order to achieve her weight loss goals.
Popular with some Hollywood stars, Ozempic is conceived as a treatment for type 2 diabetes, as it increases the levels of incretins – a hormone which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and surpresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
The jab also suppresses users' appetite - mimicking a naturally occurring hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1, which is usually released after eating.
As a result patients have less of an appetite, and reduce the number of calories they eat.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Shaughna said: "You can say I'm on whatever you want, it really doesn't bother me.

"But my biggest concern is people will see I've lost weight, think that it's Ozempic because that's what people are commenting and try to get it because that's what they think I've done when it genuinely isn't.
"And I have absolutely no idea about the side effects or the cost but I don't want people suffer horrible side effects or get into debt if it's really expensive because they think it's what I did."
