Katie Price brags about new brakes on Pink Range Rover – despite judge ordering her to hand it back

Katie was mocked by a judge after claiming she was unable to afford legal advice

KATIE Price showed off her Barbie pink Range Rover after a trip to the garage – despite a judge demanding she gives it up.

The former glamour model was arrested last week and dragged to the High Court in London last week to face a bankruptcy hearing.

Instead, she had new brakes fitted on the motor

Katie, 46, is battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill and was ordered to hand over her six cars – a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan, two Range Rovers, Suzuki Vitara and Infiniti FX50.

She reshared a photo of the pink motor outside a garage on her Instagram story.

“New brakes for this beaut done today,” the mechanics wrote on the original post.

This comes after Katie was seen outside court wearing a black headmask after she’d had her sixth facelift.

She landed in big trouble after skipping her bankruptcy hearing and instead jetted to Turkey for the surgery.

As she walked through Heathrow Airport she was detained by cops, carrying out an arrest warrant.

After she was issued another court date, Judge Schaffer told her: “You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to attend that date.”

The judge then warned Katie that she faces being nicked again if she fails to comply.

She confirmed that she understood that she must attend and later added: “I will move my diary for it.”

Judge Schaffer also discharged the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by a different judge after she failed to attend a previous hearing.

During the hearing, Katie was also blasted by the judge over claims she had been charged £50,000 to receive legal advice.

She had said she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, saying: “I find it difficult in court.

“I have been assessed by another high court.”

Judge Schaffer told her she must make an application to do so, and that she should seek legal advice.

Price responded: “Now with the legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 up front.

“Now being in a bankruptcy at the moment, the bankruptcy is taking 40 per cent.

“I’m finding it difficult to do that. I can’t get even legal aid because I earn.”

The judge told her she simply needed a solicitor which should cost no more than £500.

He then snapped: “This is a discreet application. It doesn’t take Einstein to do it.”

Judge Catherine Burton previously said Katie Price has failed to make the payments ordered by the court.

She was ordered to pay a one-off payment of £25,000, followed by monthly installments of £12,500.

Judge Burton said: “They have not received any funds or explanation.
“She agreed to pay it and did not.

“She remains immediately obliged to pay £25,000.”

Katie has revealed that she is taking a “break” from her podcast, the Katie Price Show.

She shared an update, writing: “Hey everyone! Just a note to say we’re on a podcast break over the summer.

“Thank you all for your continued support for the show and for us. We really appreciate it.

“You can still catch up on all our episodes wherever you get your podcasts – and you can still watch all our episodes too.

“We’ll post on here when we’re back.”

Some fans were convinced that the sudden break was due to her court case, with one writing: “Is that because she was arrested?”

One fan brazenly wrote: “You’re on a prison break…” and hit back at fans adding: “How exactly have I brought women down…it’s a fact, Katie Price is in prison?”

While some fans defended her and said: “Nooooo. Missing the pods. Come back please. Ps why do people come on here just to say something negative, are they really that miserable in their lives. Very sad.”

A second echoed: “Enjoy the well deserved break ladies – can’t wait to hear the next podcast whenever it is.”
