TATLER’S Best Dressed in Britain 2024 list is out – but the people named aren’t the usual style stars.
The mag has crowned Princess Beatrice as the best dressed and has also included the Queen’s sister, a nepo baby and a Wag.
The fashion pros at Tatler seem to have odd favourites this year.
But do you know who they are?
The Sun’s fashion team reveal who has made the cut, including Ben Chilwell and Cruz Beckham.
1. PRINCESS BEATRICE
FOLLOWING that memorable outfit from William and Kate’s wedding in 2011, Beatrice has come a long way in the style stakes.

The 35-year-old has taken a more demure, but by no means dull turn by wearing simple and flattering silhouettes with midaxi hemlines and full skirts and colours that compliment her skin tone.
For example, at this year’s Royal Ascot horse racing she wore an empire line dress with corset style panelling by Emilia Wickstead in tonal greens with an elegant floral print.
The fit and flare shape looked stunning on the Princess and is the frame she now sticks to.
2. JADE HOLLAND COOPER
FOUNDER of Holland Cooper, Jade is the mind behind the fashion brand that caters to the likes of the hoity-toity British elite.

For example, the clothing line practically kitted out high-profile events such as the Cheltenham horse racing festival this year.
Jade’s fashion seems to be that of two halves.
When not dressed in her sophisticated three-piece suits or posh tweed jackets from her own range, the 37-year-old can be seen dripping in luxury labels such as Yves Saint Laurent and Dolce & Gabbana.
Rarely seen without her hair up and slicked back, this powerhouse shows she means business.
3. CRUZ BECKHAM
THE youngest of the Beckham boys, it seems the 19-year-old is Cruzing into the spotlight.
While he may be wanting to create a name for himself in music, it seems it is his dress sense that is making headlines.
Skater boy meets retro tailoring for his suave style, Cruz appeared at London Fashion Week in February in a striped suit and lime-green shirt.
He is also often spotted with necklaces, baggy trousers and Converse trainers.
His style may have caught attention for the right reasons, but let us hope he doesn’t make the same fashion mistakes his dad has over the years.
4. LORD WILLIAM GORDON-LENNOX
ARISTOCRAT William has made the list thanks to his love of tailored Savile Row suits.
The 27-year-old was seen with his father, Charles Gordon-Lennox, the Duke of Richmond, and one of his brothers at the opening of the family’s Goodwood Estate in West Sussex last summer sporting co-ordinated buttermilk suits by menswear brand Henry Poole & Co.
William seems to keep a fairly low profile, with a private social media (yes, we have also never heard of him).
However, when he is seen it is rarely in anything but a tailored suit, which must be enough to make the list in Tatler’s eyes.
5. ANNABEL ELLIOT
THE Queen’s sister makes the list and earns Tatler’s seal of approval.
The 75-year-old interior designer and antiques dealer can often be seen at her sister Camilla’s side, wearing tweed two-pieces and satin sets.
At the Wimbledon tennis this year both wore cream pieces.
And with their blonde hair they looked more like twins.
Apart from that we have little else to say as to why Annabel has made the list.
Maybe being the Queen’s sister helps?
6. ANU HINDUJA
SHE might have married into the wealthiest family in the UK but Anu has carved her own career in fashion.
Founder of F1-inspired label AN-Y1, her brand features racing jackets, mini dresses and sporty pieces.
Anu says she wanted to create a clothing line where fashion meets sport and to have a collection that people will still want to wear in 50 years.
The designer also seems to have a thing for luxury footwear, collecting Jimmy Choo’s and Louboutins since her 20s.
And her shoes obssesion doesn’t stop there.
Anu loves to wear trainers from lavish brands such as Prada Sport, Hermes and Golden Goose . . . we can relate.
7. SASHA ATTWOOD
FOOTIE ace Jack Grealish’s girlfriend and mother-to-be Sasha is one of the most down-to-earth names on the list.
However, thanks to Jack’s £300,000-a-week salary and her influencer career, the 28-year-old has access to a plethora of brands to style.
From Chanel bucket hats to Van Cleef & Arpels bling, she mixes high end with the high street, having been seen in the likes of Superdry and House of CB.
And while we missed out on her glamorous looks during the Euros after Jack failed to make the squad, she has truly cemented herself as a Wag to watch in the style stakes.
8. LUCY VAN STRAUBENZEE
MARRIED to Thomas Van Straubenzee, who is Princess Charlotte’s godfather and Prince William’s best mate, the royals and the fashion crowd think Lucy is the benzene-knees.
The teacher from Prince George’s former school made the list even though most of us have never heard of her.
But from what we can tell, the 44-year-old loves pale blue that suits her golden locks and has been taking style lessons from the Princess of Wales with a love of straw, wide-brimmed hats.
However, for Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018 she wore a fuzzy baker boy cap.
Tatler seems to have turned a blind eye but we think less blue-belle and more what the hell?
9. BEN CHILWELL
FASHION and football go hand-in-hand, which is why Chelsea and England player Ben has bagged a spot in Talter’s poll.
The 27-year-old scores style points off the pitch by working with high-end brands such as Burberry.
He even sat front row at its fashion show in February, much to the amusement of other players – but clearly something Tatler values.
Ben took stick from pal Jack Grealish over his checked sleeveless jumper and beige leather jacket, which isn’t that too dissimilar to one of Posh and Beck’s matching looks from the Nineties.
If he is following in David Beckham’s footsteps he will do well, but we think he still has a long way to go.
10. LADY VICTORIA STARMER
THROUGHOUT Sir Keir’s campaign and first few weeks at No10, Lady Starmer, an occupational therapist, has been wearing a number of understated but by all means stylish looks.
The 49-year-old has nailed the art of dressing as part of a power couple.
She never outshines him but always compliments what he is wearing perfectly, be it picking out the tone in his tie or mirroring his navy shirts,

She has also led to a number of pieces from British brand ME + EM selling out, including a cropped white jacket and her Labour red dress she wore on the day of the PM’s win.
She is never garish but always graceful and never unattainable but relatable, winning formulas that should have bumped her up a few places in this poll.
