Spencer Matthews screams in agony as he dislocates his shoulder taking a terrifying tumble as he practises for The Jump
SPENCER Matthews has become the latest star to suffer a devastating injury on The Jump as he dislocated his shoulder in a terrifying fall.
The Made in Chelsea hunk was caught on camera taking a tumble on the slopes and screaming in agony as the bone popped out of its socket.
In The Sun Online's exclusive video, Spencer, 27, was seen rocketing down the piste during rehearsals for the show when he lost his balance and fell.
He was heard crying out as he smashed into a fence, and medics rushed over to help.
The reality regular told the emergency workers that he had dislocated his shoulder in the accident.
He was soon back on his feet and revealed the bone had been popped back into place.
Spencer said: "I dislocated my shoulder... My shoulder popped clean out. It's gone back in though."
The hunky star admitted he was glad to have crashed into the red net fence as it stopped him skidding onto another slope.
He added: "Those nets work. I always look at the red nets and I'm like they're mental they're never going to stop anyone...
"If that wasn't there I'd be in the snow cross course."
Spencer will still compete in the show on Sunday night despite the injury.
The show has been hit with a slew of injury problems this year as members of the star-studded line-up suffered devastating accidents on the slopes.
Irish model Vogue Williams forced to withdraw before the official start of the show when she badly injured a knee during training.
And Sir Bradley Wiggins was also forced to quit after breaking his leg during the third week of post-launch training.
Former footballer Robbie Fowler suffered a series of nasty tumbles before becoming the latest star to leave the show.
Amy Willerton was also caught up in a terrifying bob sled accident.
Last year a total of seven celebrities were forced to retire before the final after suffering a range of sprains and broken bones.
