In one photo, Kendall, 28, was seen posing on a beach with a red Valentino dress draped over her svelte figure.
The Kardashians star had her arms raised above her head, holding onto the edges of a wooden surfboard as she stared directly into the camera.
The plunging dress was made of intertwined fabric that exposed parts of her chest, stomach, and thighs.
She ditched a bra, allowing the rouge robe to contour perfectly over her more intimate areas.
Kendall again went braless as she laid poolside in a latex bodysuit and matching burgundy latex skirt, both made by ALAÏA, for another snapshot.
The form-fitting outfit clung to her slender frame as she closed her eyes and rested under the sun.
In the interview, Kendall discussed various topics, including mental health, her everyday routine, and protecting her privacy from the public.
"I really like the idea of self-preservation. It's truly so important," she told when asked about protecting herself and "switching off."

The 818 Tequila founder continued, "Social networking is much more than exposing certain things to the world. It's also about exposing your energy. I'm very careful to protect it and, with it, my mind.
"The more we share on social media, the more we give others the chance to reach out and disturb us. So I try to assess what I can handle and when I need to distance myself."

"I'm careful not to spend too much time online. If I have to devote part of my day to this, I then put down my phone to write, read, go out for a walk, or see my friends... It's essential. And above all, I never read the comments!" she added.
When asked where she saw herself in 10 years, Kendall opened up about her desires for the future.
She replied, "I don't know what will happen tomorrow, so it's difficult to say. But I would love to have a family, become a mother, and have children."

Kendall's photos were posted on a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board, where one fan raised the possibility of secret surgery.
