HOLLY Willoughby has shared an adorable video of her two-year-old son Chester on Instagram.
The This Morning host rarely gives fans a glimpse of her children, preferring to protect their privacy, but on Thursday night she gave a little insight into their family time.
In the cute footage, the 35-year-old could be seen with a toy from hit TV show Paw Patrol on her knee, and as she pointed to each character, her youngest son named each one.
She captioned the clip: "Paw Patrol obsessed! #chester #adorbs #pawpatrol".
Holly also has son Harry, seven and daughter Belle, five, with husband Dan Baldwin, and enjoyed some down time with her loved ones after a busy 24 hours saw her presenting This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield before heading to The BRIT Awards.
Despite being pictured leaving an after party in the early hours of the morning, Holly looked surprisingly fresh faced as she posted a picture of herself ready for her hosting duties on Thursday morning.
Holly glowed as she chose natural make-up aside from lashings of black mascara which hid any hint of tiredness.
But if she was flagging at any point, the star hid it well, and was easily distracted during a cheeky chat with 'bonkbuster' author Jilly Cooper.
The pair burst out laughing as they chatting about swinging, strip poker and feather parties with the raunchy writer.
Jilly was on the show to talk about her latest book and her 80th birthday last week, and the chat soon turned to sex.
The writer talked about people who take part in swinging in the countryside, and she had to explain the concept of "feather parties" to the pair.
She revealed it is just like "strip poker" as the players shed a piece of clothing at a time when a feather lands near them,
After the hosts suggested Jilly could host a feather party to mark her milestone birthday, she invited the pair.
Holly said: "I'd love to [come along]" and Phil added: "I'll bring the feather."
During Jilly's turn on the show, they presented her with a special birthday cake inspired by the cover of her most famous book - Riders.
After Jilly's appearance, Phil joked to Holly: "So feather party in the summer..."
Holly added: "She's just so amazing... so cool."
Phil said: "My favourite guest without question."
