Pregnant Danielle Lloyd hits back at ex Jamie O’Hara and claims he’s ‘upset’ their three sons and only seen them once in 7 weeks, as sports star slams her AGAIN amid bitter custody row
The model hit back at her ex husband after he claimed she had banned him from seeing his kids in a furious Twitter rant
DANIELLE Lloyd has hit back at her ex husband Jamie O'Hara after he claimed she had banned him from seeing their kids.
The footballer was late to meet the boys after accidentally leaving his keys behind following an event he attended the night before.
He was forced to wait for the venue to open, and emailed his ex to warn her he wouldn't make their scheduled 9.30am meeting time.
However, Danielle has revealed she didn't receive the email until the next day, and Jamie not turning up is a breach of his court order.
The star's team said in a statement today: "Yesterday, Danielle Lloyd was subject to another Twitter tirade from her ex-husband Jamie O’Hara in which Mr O’Hara stated that had been denied access to his three children.
"This is not however the case - Jamie O’Hara was unable to keep to the arrangements that had been made of his own accord, arrangements which are bound by a court agreement and are in place to achieve stability and safety for their children.
"Mr O’Hara made a plan to see the children at 9.30am yesterday morning to take them to their football match.
"At 1:30am yesterday morning, explaining that he was still out – Jamie emailed to say that he had locked his keys inside the venue in London at an after party of an event he had been attending.
"As a pregnant full time mum with three young boys, Danielle was asleep and understandably did not receive the email until much later that morning when she woke.
"With complete knowledge that he would be collecting his children from their home in Birmingham later that morning, a two-and-a-half hour drive away, Danielle is yet again increasingly concerned about Jamie O’Hara’s ability to care for their children.
"Danielle explained that due to his actions, their arrangement that day would need to be rescheduled.
"With a court order stating that fixed arrangements should be made for the children and appropriate behaviour set around these arrangements, Mr O’Hara has once again breached his court order not once this time, but with two actions by defaming and libelling Danielle on Twitter yesterday across seven abusive posts - the same as his actions last year.
"Danielle would like to point out that since leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house three weeks ago Jamie has only seen his children once - due to his work commitments.
"The boys were upset to be let down once again by their father - one of many occasions where Mr O’Hara has failed to turn up and has missed opportunities to see them over the years.
"Danielle’s fulltime job is a a Mother to her three children and receives no maintenance from Mr O’Hara."
Seeing the latest statement, Jamie then hit back with another statement on Twitter, insisting his priority "has been and always will be his three sons".
Jamie claimed visitation, and even social media calls, had been restricted by his ex, and added: "On several occasions since I have left the CBB house I have been told they were not available and I have also been banned from watching them play football by my ex-wife and threatened that if I do in fact go and watch my sons there will be trouble."
Jamie, who has accused Danmielle of having a "vendetta" against him, has revealed his focus now is top "resume my visitation rights" as a "matter of urgency".
And it came hours after Jamie branded Danielle a “disgrace” and said she’s banned him from seeing their three children over the incident - with sources exclusively revealing to the Sun Online that he's been left "heartbroken".
He wrote: "Ex wife wont let me go and watch my own kids play football and says if I turn up there will be trouble,have to go back to court for access.
"Drove all the way to Birmingham to be told that access has been stopped and I have to go back to court to see my three boys.
"All because I left my car keys at a charity event last night and had to collect them this morning and wasn't able to get there at 9:30.
"Try and rectify the situation and make the situation work as parents but get told don't bother and now go to court if you want to see them."
He then added: "The disgraceful thing is I only want to see my three children and the only ones that get hurt are them, what a disgrace."
Meanwhile a source exclusively told The Sun Online: “Jamie left his bag at a charity event he attended last night, with his car keys inside. It was a complete misunderstanding, he thought his friend had picked it up for him.
“The venue didn’t open until 9am today, and he was meant to be picking up the boys from Danielle’s at 9.30am to take them to football.
“He emailed Danielle last night as soon as he realised what had happened to explain, and she completely flew off the handle. He offered to meet the boys at football and pick them up, but she wasn't having any of it.
"Jamie was due to have them for five days and he’d booked football tickets, hotels, everything. He was so excited.
“But Danielle totally lost it, and just said ‘I’ll see you in court’. It got so vulgar, and Jamie is completely heartbroken.”
Danielle took to her Instagram page with a meme, titled: "The symptoms of a narcissist."
