LITTLE Mix gave a real shout out to their exes as they won their first ever BRIT Award for their hit break-up anthem.

The pop stars claimed the British Single prize for Shout Out To My Ex during tonight's show.

Little Mix all went blonde for tonight's opening performance

They saw off competition from Perrie Edwards' real life ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, who also had a nomination in the category.

The girls came out on top and they looked thrilled as they collected their first ever gong at The BRIT Awards 2017.

The group accidentally went the wrong way to the podium, and Jade Thirlwall revealed they did not expect to win and were sitting "chatting" when their name was read out.

During their emotional speech, the band's mentor Simon Cowell was seen with a huge grin on his face as he watched the girls with pride.

During their time on stage, the girls also gave a big "shout out" to the ex-boyfriends who inspired the song, with Jade saying: "Thanks lads!"

Perrie split from her fiance Zayn in 2015, while Jesy also went through a nasty break-up last year when her engagement to Rixton star Jake Roche came to an end.

Their big moment on stage came after they all changed their hair to blonde to open the show with a their huge performance of their BRIT Award-winning track.

The singers debuted their new looks as they opened the show, and viewers were amazed by the transformation.

The singers changed up their look for their opening performance, shortly after walking the red carpet at the O2 Arena in London.

They looked totally different as they slipped into their stage costumes and embraced a sexy new blonde look.

Jesy Nelson, Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne Pinnock were all blonde for the stage show.

As well as matching their hair, they also all wore saucy silver costumes which showed off their incredible figures.

The cheeky singers even flashed their bums during a raunchy moment onstage.
