The video shows an excited looking Lamaisah taking in the party in her honour.

Her parents take her around the dance floor as Disney princesses wave to the birthday girl.

Amir tells the camera: “The reason why it was so big, we wanted it to be special as the first birthday I was fighting so I didn’t really get a chance to celebrate that first one.”

At one point young ballerinas are seen performing, with Lamaisah wandering onto the stage to the delight of the party-goers.

She and her dad, Amir, take a spin on the dance floor after he gave a speech thanking the guests for celebrating his daughter’s birthday.

The pair danced to A Whole New World from Aladdin, as mum Faryal looked on with pride.

She said: “I had a rough patch at the beginning when I got married to Amir.

“But as I’ve lived with him, he’s showed me a lot of things I didn’t know about him.

“Now we’re at a stage in our marriage where we’re the happiest ever.”

She also said that becoming a dad had transformed her husband and had brought them closer together.

She added: “I’ve never seen this side of him. He comes home early – before he used to be out with his friends. But now he’s just like, ‘My wife, my child and home’.

“I have to say to him, ‘Can you please go out!’ It’s great for him and for us. He’s changed, being a father, and I’ve changed being a mother. My life is all about my kid.”
