The actress left little to the imagination at the awards show in Madrid.
Eva, 49, was pictured on the red carpet in a stunning black gown that featured cutouts beneath her chest.
The skirt of her gown hugged her curves and reached down to the floor.
The Dog Days star kept her accessories simple, opting for earrings and rings on her fingers.
She wore her hair in a chic ponytail and donned a full face of glam makeup.
Eva was all smiles during the event.
