The Brazilian beauty, 43, stripped nude for the image — featured on the cover of Vogue Portugal.
Alessandra wrote on Instagram: “As the sun broke through the clouds, I surrendered to the allure of the pristine waters, immersing myself in nature’s splendor.
"Little did I know, our serendipitous moment would become the cover for @vogueportugal - a testament to the beauty and raw power of the natural world.”
Earlier this year, she posed in a bikini to celebrate turning 43.
She marked her birthday with a cake and spent the weekend dancing with pals at the Coachella music festival in California, where she watched 1990s band No Doubt’s reunion performance.

Alessandra shares two children Anja, 14, and Noah, 10, with ex-fiance Jamie Mazur.
