Danielle Lloyd held talks about posing for Playboy magazine a second time
DANIELLE Lloyd held talks about posing for Playboy magazine a second time.
The Brit model, 33, jetted to LA to discuss a return shoot that would mark 11 years since she first stripped naked for the magazine.
A source said: "Danielle was in L.A at the end of last year with her fiancé Michael for a few meetings. "They arranged it to coincide with a trip to Las Vegas for her brother Matty’s 30th birthday.
"She’d been asked to meet a few people earlier in the year, some of whom were past contacts at Playboy, and took the opportunity to go for a chat.
"It’s been ten years since she posed for the magazine and there was a discussion about whether or not she would pose again.
"It’s not certain as to whether there was an offer on the table but it’s something that Danielle later discussed with friends."
The Merseyside beauty, who first stripped naked for the magazine in 2006, has had three kids since and is pregnant with her fourth.
In January revealed she'd had corrective surgery for a botched boob job during an appearance on Botched Up Bodies.
But she doesn't think this should stop her from posing naked and believes women should be more confident about their bodies, especially post-pregnancy.
The source continued: "As a mum-of-three, Danielle’s life has moved on considerably since she did that shoot – but as a body-confident 33-year-old, she almost felt a duty to think the prospect over, to show that women should be proud of their bodies after having a few children – and that her background as a model was still something she loved. The boys are her first concern though - and if she didn’t go through with it, she told friends it would be because of them."
"No-one knows if it’s still something that is being discussed, but everyone around Danielle seemed to agree that a ‘ten years on’ shoot would be phenomenal for Danielle – and other gorgeous woman who may have posed for the magazine in that era."
On Tuesday Playboy announced it was bringing back fully nude pictures a year after they were stopped.
Founder Hugh Hefner’s son Cooper, 25, in charge of creative content, said the famous mag’s recent no-nude stance was a “mistake”.
