Love Island host Caroline Flack will return for the ‘sauciest and sexiest’ summer yet as ITV2 confirm new series
SUN, sea and sexy antics will be ramped up a gear as Love Island returns with the promise of the "sauciest and sexiest" series in the raunchy reality show's history.
Producers have confirmed Caroline Flack will again take the helm of ITV2's racy relationship-themed show yet fans who were glued to the explosive action last year are in for a whole host of surprises.
Those who relished watching Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey find love and scoop the title as well as sob with Zara Holland when she was stripped of her Miss GB title can expect a celeb-studded panel giving their take on the action ion the villa.
They will give their views live on a weekly programme filmed in a UK studio as well as getting the first gossip from Islanders who have been booted out.
The showbiz bunch - who will be familiar faces to viewers - will grill the contestants while Caroline will jet off and be on-location to surprise the TV stars.
Show insiders have claimed Caroline will "deliver shock announcements and surprise twists" that will test competitor's relationships to the maximum.
Commissioning editor for ITV Comedy and Entertainment Amanda Stavri added: “Last year, Love Island became a real part of the national conversation and now, our new studio show will help feed our viewers’ appetite for more.
"If the twists and turns are anywhere near as fast paced as last year, it looks like Caroline and our studio guests will have plenty to talk about."

Last summer’s instalment resulted in three couples with Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland recently getting engaged and Scott Thomas and Kady McDermott as well as winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey finding love together.

The Essex pair were the bookies favourite to take the crown after fans fell in love with watching the pair’s antics on the ITV2 hit show.

Caroline Flack then gave the pair the decision to split the money, or for one of them to go away with the entire pot - and to prove they were in it for love, they didn't hesitate to share the pot.
Cara, 26, who was handed the money and the decision to share it, said it was "the easiest decision" she could have made after falling head over heels with 24-year-old Nathan.
As well as watching swooning couples viewers were also treated to the saucy antics of bikini-clad Katie Salmon during the 2016 series.
