JUSTIN Timberlake has a lot to say following his DWI arrest earlier this week, his lawyer claims.
On Monday, Justin, 43, was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
On Wednesday, Justin's lawyer Edward Burke Jr. spoke out after the incident, per .
The attorney's office released a statement to the outlet that said, "Mr Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA’s office."
Burke has represented Matt Lauer, Lizzie Grubman, Jason Kidd, and other celebrity clients.
Justin was taken into custody shortly after midnight on Tuesday after leaving a party at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, New York.
The Grammy-winning artist and his friends parted ways around midnight and Justin was pulled over by police shortly after.
He was stopped because of a traffic violation.
"Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene," an insider told .
"Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant like they are most nights.

"They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.
"Justin left at 12:30 am and was pulled over as soon as he left."
Police further explained that Justin was swerving and failed to heed a stop sign.
They attempted to perform a field sobriety test, however, Justin refused both the test and the breathalyzer when he was pulled over.
Despite the protest of his friends, he was put in cuffs and hauled away.
On June 18, Justin was arraigned at Sag Harbor Village Justice Court.
On Tuesday morning, he was charged with one count of DWI and released without bail.
Justin was also cited for running a stop sign and failing to keep in his lane.
His next scheduled court appearance slated listed for July 26.

Justin could face up to a year behind bars if found guilty.
The NSYNC alum is due back in court in the Big Apple on July 26, the same night he's supposed to be on stage in Krakow, Poland, to kick off the European leg of The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
Justin is also booked to play in the city the following night.
