And on Monday he revealed he had again gone to doctors to have skin cut from his nose once again.

“Another basal cell carcinoma,” the star wrote on Twitter as he shared a photograph of himself with a medical dressing on his nose.

“Thanks to frequent checks & amazing doctors, all's well,” he said, suggesting the cells removed from his face were not life threatening.

Telling his fans not to worry, he added of his bandaged face: “Looks worse w the dressing on then off!”

In February last year he issued a warning on Facebook after revealing he had surgery for a common cancer called basal cell.

He wrote: “An example of what happens when you don’t use sunscreen. Basal cell. The mildest form of cancer. PLEASE WEAR SUNSCREEN and get check-ups regularly!”

He had his first cancer removed in 2013 after his wife Deborra-Lee told him to get a mark on his nose checked.
