BARING ALL

Lena Dunham and Jemima Kirke strip off naked for raunchy new sex scenes in Girls as it returns for the final series

The body-positive show is making sure it goes out with a bang

LENA Dunham has never been shy to be naked in front of the camera so it’s no surprise she’s freeing the nipple once again for the final series of Girls.

The sixth season kicked off on Sunday night and Lena, 30, and her 31-year-old co-star Jemima Kirke stripped off for an array of sexy scenes in the comedy’s typical style.

Meanwhile Jemima who plays Jessa Johnson went full frontal for the camera in scenes with Adam Driver, who remained in his underwear.

While Lena and the rest of the cast aren’t shy about baring all and talking about it, the actress and writer recently left Today Show host Maria Shriver blushing when she said “penis” on air.

When Maria told her the show looked “terrific” Lena said: “So you saw a penis, right?”

A flustered nervously laughed and said: “You caught me there for a second, I’m not sure if you’re allowed to say that on television, but you did.”

She then called to her co-presenter, shouting: “Matt? Help! She just threw me off!”

As Lena became increasingly confused by the situation, Maria told her: “That’s OK, that’s the difference between generations. I wasn’t brought up talking like that.”
