BRITNEY Spears’ niece Maddie has been seen for the first time since the horrific ATV crash which saw her hospitalised.
The eight-year-old held on tightly to her mother Jamie Lynn Watson as they walked hand in hand.
Britney’s family were left fearing Maddie had suffered brain damage after she almost drowned when the vehicle she was travelling in plunged into a pond.
The little girl was pulled to safety by Jamie Lynn and her partner Jamie Watson and rushed to hospital.
Britney kept her fans up to date with Maddie’s condition and urged them to pray for her.
In a statement released to People.com Britney's family confirmed she was out of the woods and explained: “With her father, mother and stepfather by her side, Maddie regained consciousness mid-day Tuesday, Feb. 7...
“Doctors were able to remove the ventilator today and she is awake and talking.
