SCOTT Disick has shown off his luxury watch collection in a new video, but many fans were left worried by his thin appearance in the clip.
The reality TV star's ex-partner's sister Khloe Kardashian, 39, posted the video on her Snapchat.
In the video, captioned "Lord Disick's watch collection," Scott, 41, promoted the Orange County-based jewelry store, Happy Jewelers.
The Kardashians star flaunted his favorite watch, a Rolex Daytona with Tahitian, mother-of-pearl dials with diamond dial markers, before moving on to a trunk full of pricey timepieces.
He showcased another Rolex Daytona, a John Mayer Daytona, a Rolex Oyster, and a Day-Date Presidental Rolex.
Scott sported a baggy gray T-shirt that swallowed up his tiny torso and black sweat that hung off his thin frame.
While his hair and beard were well-manicured, the Hulu star's eyes appeared sunken as his drastic weight loss was on full display.
As the video ended, Scott teased, "Quite a few watches, and actually, I probably need to get some more."
The video was reposted to a Kardashian-dedicated online board, in a post titled, "He looks… wow Scott."
In the comment thread, one fan wrote, "He is so thin now."

"He was even thinner a few months ago..." mentioned another.
"I bet his beard is to cover up and give depth to his face and hide how sunken in it looks," suggested a third.
"I’m convinced he has an illness. Because why is he back to a more stable-looking weight but his eyes are still sunken in," remarked a fourth.
Further into the thread, one person stated, "So it’s alarming to see him like this. I hope for his children’s sake he gets himself healthy as he can."
"Getting more scary and sad each time I see him…" added a second.
"His sunken in eyes worry me the most," commented another.

Last month, Scott showed off his weight loss while flaunting a new, $100,000 watch when he shared photos of himself lounging in luxury on Instagram.
In the photo, the reality TV star was shown getting some sun while reclining on a patio chair.
He sported a gray, long-sleeved T-shirt and baggy black pants that hid his slender figure.
Scott styled his hair slicked back and wore a pair of designer shades.
He paired the sunglasses with a Swiss-made Audemars Piguet watch - which he had turned toward the camera to show off the timepiece.
The next photo featured an up-close look at the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch, worth close to 100,000 per .
While many fans were impressed with Scott's new watch, others were bothered by his wealth flaunting.
"Keep bragging and watch it be gone one day like Kim's ring! You all brag too much," added one person referring to Kim Kardashian.

Scott shared two photos on his Instagram.
In the first, Scott wore a fitted black sweatsuit that drew attention to his recent weight loss.
In the second, Scott donned a matching black sweatsuit.

What you should know about Ozempic
Weight loss jabs are a hot media topic at the moment, with hundreds of success stories sharing how they helped them shed the pounds.
How do they work?
The jabs work by suppressing your appetite, making you eat less calories and therefore lose weight.
To do this, an ingredient found in the fat-busting drug, known as Semaglutide, mimics the role of a natural hormone, called GLP-1.
GLP-1 is part of the signalling pathway that tells your body you have eaten, and prepares it to use the energy that comes from your food.
London GP and founder of , Dr Zoe Watson, said: “Your body naturally produces an appetite regulating hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1.
“These jabs work by regulating your appetite, which can lead to eating fewer calories and losing weight.”
Are there any risks?
Like all medicines, the jabs do not come without side effects.
Around half of people taking the drug experience gut issues, including sickness, bloating, acid reflux, constipation and diarrhoea.
Dr Sarah Jarvis, GP and clinical consultant at patient.info, said: “One of the more uncommon side effects is severe acute pancreatitis, which is extremely painful and happens to one in 500 people.”
Other uncommon side effects include altered taste, kidney problems, allergic reactions, thyroid tumours, gallbladder problems and hypoglycemia.
Fans flooded the comment section with concern after noticing how much slimmer Scott looked in the photos.
"Hope you're ok Scott," wrote one concerned follower.
"Where you have been all this time? We are worried about your physical condition," another questioned.
Fans also thought Scott was ill after he appeared gaunt while in public.
