GLOWING reality TV star Chantelle Houghton beamed as she arrived at the This Morning studios make-up free.

The star ditched her cosmetics bag for a fresh-faced look and accessorised with a smile as she strode inside the London filming hub.

The ex Big Brother favourite wore hair in a loose straight style and dressed down in leggings, a shirt and trainers.

She waved to fans as she arrived while clutching a couple of bags in her other hand.

Despite her markedly slimmer physique Chantelle, who has been spotted going to the gym recently, covered her stomach, which she has confessed in the past has been a source of insecurity for her.

The mum of Dolly, 4, lost three stone last year – going from a size 16 to a 10, but in August pictures emerged of the ex-Celebrity Big Brother winner looking like she had put the weight back on as she enjoyed a burger on the beach.

The reality TV star has been hitting the gym consistently over the past few months after being snapped showing off her fuller figure in a crop top and leggings in October.

Her trim look comes after her ex Alex Reid offered to pay for her to get liposuction during the summer.
