In Wednesday night's episode her friends and family came together to say goodbye to the woman who broke up Zak and Lisa Dingle.

Unfortunately at the funeral, Kerry Wyatt used her eulogy to attack Joanie's ex Zak instead, humiliating him in the church.

"Joanie's not just Kyle's grandma, she was the mum that I never had," said Kerry. "And I didn't even get to say goodbye.

"She didn't deserve to die like that, thinking that nobody wanted her because she was loved."

As it became too much for Zak, he got up to leave but Kerry called him out in front of all the mourners.

"Do you remember your wedding day Zak?Six months ago tomorrow, she stood there in her wedding dress and you said that you'd be with her until death do us part.

"Well it's only been six month months and you couldn't manage that, could you? Yeah, that's right just let her down like you did when she was alive."

She added: "No wonder that Joanie's heart gave out because you'd already smashed it to pieces."

Later at her graveside, Zak arrived and paid tribute to his late wife.

"Joanie I'm so so sorry. I'm sorry that I let you down, I'm sorry that I didn't love you enough. Can you forgive me? I'll never ever forget you. You sleep tight."

As Zak sobbed at Joanie's graveside, Lisa watched him grieve from the shadows giving hope for the couple.
