LISA Riley has revealed she was taunted by cruel trolls who told her she looks "like a cancer patient" after shedding a massive 11 stone.
The former Emmerdale star has given herself a major makeover in recent years, but Lisa admits she has been bombarded by nasty messages.
Lisa has gone from a size 28 to a size 12 and she expects to drop another dress size by the time she turns 41 in July.
But her weight loss success has been soured by online trolls who have accused the star of taking her healthy new lifestyle too far.
Lisa has been trying not to let the cruel jibes upset her, insisting she has learned to "shrug it off".
She told Woman magazine: "I was a size 28 and weighed 24 stone at my biggest...
"I've lost over 11 stone and I'm a size 12...
";Body shaming is going to be around for a long time because people are obsessed with weight loss...
"And now people are saying: 'You're gaunt, you've gone too far.'

Lisa went on to reveal she is on her way to losing even more weight and hopes to be down to a size 10 by her birthday in the summer.
She is also hoping to undergo surgery to remove the excess skin left behind after her weight loss.
