Strictly Come Dancing’s Daisy Lowe and Louise Redknapp work up a sweat as they head to a sauna with co-stars during day off from tour

DAISY Lowe and Louise Redknapp looked gleeful as they enjoyed a well-earned day off from the Strictly Come Dancing live tour.

The pair were joined by professional dancers Karen Clifton and Luba Mushtuk as they stripped off to their swimming costumes to sweat it out in a sauna.

Daisy and Louise weren’t the only celebs who joined in the pampering at the Titanic Hotel in the city, with Lesley Joseph grinning for a picture with her fellow dancing stars.

Ed Balls’ dance partner Katya Jones and pro AJ Pritchard also made an appearance the sauna.

The group were able to make use of a steam room, an outdoor hot tub and a salt regulated swimming pool while at the hotel.

There is also a mud chamber and exclusive treatments on offer, including a warm stone massage and a

“Decleor Sheer Bliss” treatment - where “the four hands of two specially trained therapists work together seamlessly to ease your body and mind into a deep state of relaxation.”

It seems the stars of the show all decided to colour co-ordinate on the day, with everyone wearing all black swimsuits and two pieces.

After 28-year-old Daisy posted a picture of herself enjoying the sauna with her pals, her fans went
wild – commenting on how amazing they all looked in the snap.

One wrote: “Hotness at its peak. The sweat emanating from the bodies is volcano.”

Another commented next to the picture: “I have never seen a hotter picture you posted @daisylowe you , Louise , Karen you all look smoking hot…”

Former MP Ed certainly deserved his downtime after taking a kick to the face during a complicated lift with Katya.

The pair were performing in Glasgow when Katya accidentally booted Ed but like a true professional he carried on as though nothing had happened.

The group have two dates at the Echo Arena before heading down to London for a further two gigs at the Wembley Arena.

From there the dancing stars move onto the 02 Arena in the capital before the tour comes to an end on February 12.
