ED Sheeran and Justin Bieber enjoyed a wild night in Tokyo where they downed shots before singing their own songs on karaoke.
The millionaire pair boozed at a dive bar before shocking Japanese locals by performing their No1 hit Love Yourself together for the first time ever.
Globetrotter Ed, 25, met up with Justin, 22, in the wake of his chart-smashing comeback following his hiatus from music.
Discussing Justin's song Love Yourself, which Ed himself wrote, he revealed: "I quite like that that song is just having its own life somewhere.
"Me and Justin actually sung that on karaoke together two days ago.
"He was in Tokyo. It was a really weird night actually, a really weird night.
"We went to a bar called Train Bar and did some shots, then we went to a karaoke bar and sung our own song.
"He was singing my songs, so I was singing his songs... and then we both sang Love Yourself."
Smash single Love Yourself, included on Justin's 2015 album Purpose, became the Canadian's third consecutive number one and spent 24 weeks in the top ten.
It was also nominated for two Grammy awards.
The pair went on to reunite last year for Major Lazer’s hugely successful collaborative single Cold Water alongside MØ.
But Ed's new album has seen him enjoy chart success in his own right, while his tour tickets sold out in five minutes when they were released last week.
Touts overwhelmed online sellers including Ticketmaster to buy up seats before listing them for resale for hundreds of pounds more on secondary sites.

That meant fans' fury as many were priced out of the singer's 15 gigs in the UK and Ireland - his first tour in two years - beginning in April.
On Monday Ed became the latest star confirmed to perform at this year’s Brit Awards.
The ‘Castle on the Hill’ singer joins acts including Little Mix and Robbie Williams who will take to the stage later this month for the annual ceremony.
The 25-year-old took to his Twitter page this morning to share the news and wrote: “I’ll be performing at this year’s @brits – got my own emoji as well.”
And he ended his post with an emoticon of a red-headed man wearing glasses.
BRIT Awards Chairman and Chairman of Sony Music UK & Ireland Jason Iley said: “We are delighted to announce that Ed Sheeran will be performing at this year’s BRIT Awards.
