SHEIN announced as the 2024 partner for the Women’s Football Awards

FASHION brand SHEIN has been announced as the 2024 partner for the Women's Football Awards.

The ceremony, hosted in London later this month, will celebrate the amazing achievements in women's football in Europe over the past year.

Head of Europe at SHEIN, Cui He, said: “This ceremony will be a true celebration of inspiring people and organisations and highlights the amazing contributions of those in the fastest-growing sport in the world.

"The Women’s Football Awards is a truly unique  event and we are incredibly excited to have continued our partnership for 2024."

The event, taking place on May 30, has teamed up with former Lioness Eni Aluko and footballer Jamie Carragher.

The pair will be hosting the evening.

The Women's Football Awards will honour all the biggest names in the industry.

There are a number of awards up for grabs, including Player of the Year, International Football Player of the Year and Club of the Year.

They have also joined forces with singer Pixie Lott - who will perform at the ceremony.

Speaking about the upcoming gig, she said: "I can't wait to perform at the 2024 Women's Football Awards and help celebrate the amazing success of the Lionesses and women's footballers from across Europe.

"It is going to be a truly special evening and I feel privileged to be involved." 

There are a number of amazing names that are nominated for a gong this year.

Some include former Lionesses Alessia Russo, Lauren James and Kiera Walsh.

England goalkeeper Mary Earps is also up for an award.

There will also be a number of other footballers in attendance, including England captain Harry Kane.

Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka are also on the guest list.
