Love Island legend Gemma Owen sparks romance rumours with tattooed hunk – just days after he splits with ex

LOVE Island legend Gemma Owen has sparked romance rumours with a tattooed hunk after they attended the Kentucky Derby together.

Gemma, 21, spent time with Irish style creator Damien Broderick, who recently split from his influencer girlfriend Karina Lira.

Brunette beauty Gemma was seen in a handful of photos and videos with Damien, as they hung out with luxury lifestyle and travel influencer Pia Muehlenbeck, and her husband Kane Vato.

Gemma looked as glam as ever as she posed in a long pink dress at the sporting event, as a dapper Damien stood beside her.

They posed for group snaps, as Gemma donned a white jumpsuit and a hat and stood beside Damien, Pia and Kane.

The reality star looked in good spirits at the Derby, and also joined together with Damien again for a playful TikTok video, where she, Pia and Kane mimed to a song and used bottles in the place of microphones while dressed in their chic outfits.

Beneath one of Gemma’s posts following the Derby, Damien commented three fire emojis, to which Gemma replied: “A fun weekend!!” with a hands up emoji.

Gemma’s representatives were keen to shut down any romantic speculation between the pair.

A spokesperson for Gemma said: "Gemma and Damien are not dating or romantically linked."

It comes as Irish fashion lover Damien, who says in his Instagram bio that he is “not an influencer,” split from his girlfriend a week ago.

In a reel of Damien and his ex Karina together, a fan commented: “Did you break up?  I noticed that you deleted some videos where you were together. I’m very sorry, you were beautiful together.”

Damien replied and confirmed their split, as he said: “Sometimes things don’t work out unfortunately.

"She’s a beautiful and wonderful girl and she’ll find success and happiness where she goes.”

Damien also replied to a fan who questioned whether he was dating, to which he responded: “I’m not married or in a relationship.”

Meanwhile Gemma revealed in November that she was single again after a split from Prince Naseem Hamed’s son Aadam.

The 21-year-old previously confirmed their romance on Instagram with a picture of the pair holidaying in Dubai.

However speaking on the red carpet at The Beauty Awards 2023, Gemma revealed she is no longer dating the boxer.

The reality TV star said: "I am absolutely single, I'm not dating anyone. I'm not in a relationship. Just living my best life, on my own."

Gemma came second on Love Island 2022 with her previous ex-boyfriend Luca Bish.

She took to her Instagram account at the end of 2022 to publicly announce the news of her separation from Luca.
