KATIE Price is at "real risk" of losing her £2million Mucky Mansion and being left homeless after being declared bankrupt for the second time.
Experts also claim the glamour model, 45, has made a "series of financial mistakes" with "unsustainable spending habits."
Last week, Katie swerved her bankruptcy court hearing to holiday in Ayia Napa with new man JJ Slater, 31, with The Sun exclusively revealing the pair opted to get matching tattoos as a sign of their love.
The TV star was declared bankrupt for a second time back in March due to an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000 - and has since been warned she could face jail for swerving the authorities.
Now top insolvency experts have told The Sun there could be more bad news to come with her West Sussex pad - which featured on its own Channel 4 Mucky Mansion series - under threat of repossession.
Joshua Harris, Bankruptcy Trustee at , told us: "Price faces the risk of losing her £2 million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy.

"In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed.
"Not settling financial duties can lead to severe outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship."
We previously reported how the mum of five was "set to lose everything."
She owes £142,405 and £196,735 for the tax years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, plus £140,000 in VAT.

To add to the financial woe, the I'm A Celeb star has been charged late penalties and interest, and racked up debts of more than £3.2million.
Joshua added to us: "Katie Price's bankruptcy results from a series of financial mistakes and unsustainable spending habits.
"Despite once having a significant fortune, her inability to manage debts, including unpaid taxes and mortgage payments, led to her downfall."
The demand for payment for Katie's debts was made by HMRC last October.
Previously, a bankruptcy expert also flagged how Katie's family home could be repossessed.
"Nobody has domestic needs to live in a 'mucky mansion'", Alice Haine, personal Finance Analyst at Evelyn Partners told .
They added: "If someone is driving around in a Porsche then the Trustee should seize it and either give them a Nissan Micra or tell them to take the bus or tube."

The star bought her rural home back in 2014, for a price tag of £1.3million.
Katie transformed her huge pad for a TV show in 2023 and it is now worth much more, with an estimated price tag of more than £2million.
Yet the threat of repossession comes just weeks after she told of her plans to move out.

Katie has her sights set on upping sticks miles away to the northern county of Yorkshire - which is also hours away from boyfriend JJ's native Essex.
Sources have claimed has been eyeing up a £2.5million mansion in Wakefield, West Yorks.
The whopper home has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a “leisure wing” with an indoor pool and gym, a cinema room, triple garage and views overlooking a golf course.
A source has said: “Katie is sick of the Mucky Mansion and sees no future there now.
"She wants to move into her dream home and she reckons this could be it.
"Quite how it would work given her financial problems is a mystery, but she’s got it in her head this is happening."
