Sam Faiers reveals her body transformation after three week fasting plan as she flaunts her flat tummy in gym gear

It comes just weeks after Sam told fans she'd suffered a painful injury

SAM Faiers has showed off her body transformation after a three week fasting plan.

The 33-year-old took to Instagram to reveal the results and told fans she's finding the process very easy.

Sharing a snap of her toned tummy, former Towie star Sam said: "I am on week three of intermittent fasting. The results have been amazing.

"I have so much more energy, I'm less bloated and I've lot a few pounds. It gets easier each week just like it's part of your new lifestyle."

Mum-of-three Sam added: "I have had a day off on the weekends of course. I'm trying to get in the gym two times a week. Easter was a bit of a distraction."

Many people who fast intermittently will have days where they don't eat, while others will restrict their food for anywhere between 10 and 20 hours.

Sam shares Paul, seven, Rosie, five, and Edward, one, with her partner Paul Knightley.

Her body transformation comes just weeks after she suffered a painful injury in an accident with Edward.

Sharing a selfie of her rocking Chanel sunglasses, Sam said: "New pain unlocked and never experience before.

"This sounds dramatic but I've never had this kind of pain from an eye poke.

"It's corneal abrasion. It's so painful... like burns. Any tips. Sunglasses help slightly."

According to the Oxford Health NHS Foundation, corneal abrasion is a "small wound on the clear covering of your eye" which usually takes up to 72 hours to heal.
