OLLY Murs has returned to work to support Take That just hours after welcoming his first child into the world.
Earlier today it was revealed that the singer and his wife Amelia became parents for the first time.
The happy couple, who started dating in 2020, shared the news on Instagram with a sweet snap of them holding hands walking out of the hospital with their newborn.
This evening Olly, who is 41-day tour with Take That's Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald, took to his Instagram story to share an update with his 4.6m followers.
Proud dad Olly, 39, said: "What's happening everyone?
"I just wanted to jump on here and say thank you so much for all your lovely messages.
"It's been an incredible few days. Little Madison is here. We're very very.. just over the moon and just full of love.
"I just wanted to jump on here and let everyone know who is coming to the Leeds show tonight, for the take that show, I am here! Yes I am here.
"It was so horrible to say goodbye to Madison this morning, and Amelia, but the show must go on.
"I'm here tonight! Just wanted to send all my love to you guys and thank you for your support and love. Really appreciate it.
"Can't believe I'm a dad. Love to you all.
"See you at 7:25 if you're coming to the show."
Olly revealed the bittersweet reason he waited years to become a dad.
Speaking in 2018 about whether he wanted to have children on Loose Women, Olly said: "It's just meeting the right person, isn't it?
"I just want to meet the right person to do right, I don't want to have a sort of dysfunctional household, I don't want to it to be a mess.
"I don't want to have a baby and then for it not to work out with the partner that I'm with, I want it to be special and amazing.
"I want to be there and have a great family, that's what I've got at home."
Olly and Amelia, 31, started dating in 2020 and moved in together during the coronavirus pandemic.
The got engaged in 2022 and tied the knot last year.
