KHLOE Kardashian's latest holiday selfies have left fans questioning the reality star's ever changing appearance as she showed off a much fuller pout on social media.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star showcased her getaway look on Instagram as the family enjoy their current getaway to Costa Rica, but it was her plump pout which caught fans eye.
Khloe, 32, certainly cut a glamorous figure with bronzed make-up and gorgeous beachy waves as she cast her sultry gaze at the camera for a selfie.
However, some fans instantly reacted with shock as one wrote: "what happened?! I loved your lips before. Pleas stop this filler (sic)"
Another added: "OMG you are so beautiful but what's Happening to u."
One follower pleaded: "Those lips don't look good on you. Hope you can go back to your real ones."
Meanwhile, another follower quipped: "Kylie jenner vibes you mean."
One fan questioned the star writing: "You look so different. What happened?"

Opinion was divided among her 61 million followers as other flocked to her comments section to praise the star and gush about her looks.
Much like her sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, Khloe has come under fire from fans who believe she has been having secret treatments to change her look and figure.
However, Khloe insists she had never gone under the knife in the past but argues that there is nothing wrong with plastic surgery.
Speaking to , she said: "I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we're all putting on a f--king mask basically every day anyway.
"When you dye your hair, you're changing who you are, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it — that should be your own personal decision."
