Stephanie Davis introduces her newborn son Caben-Albi George and insists he is 100% ex Jeremy McConnell’s baby after ‘stressful three-day labour’
STEPHANIE Davis has finally introduced her newborn son and insisted he is definitely Jeremy McConnell's baby.
The actress has called her little boy Caben-Albi George and she claims her former boyfriend is "100 per cent" the father.
Steph, 23, opened up about motherhood in a new interview with OK! magazine.
The former Hollyoaks star gave birth to Caben-Albi earlier this month, and fans have been desperate to find out what name she had picked out for him.
Steph has finally revealed all, and explained that she came up with the idea during a holiday with her mum.
She told : "It actually came to me a few months ago when I was in Tenerife with my mum.
"It's not actually a name I'd heard before, but it popped into my mind and stuck there.
"I wanted to give him an unusual name, I also wanted him to be called Albi after my grandad."
During the chat, Steph also revealed she suffered a "stressful" three-day labour after she was admitted to a hospital in Liverpool ahead of the birth.
She was sick and sleep-deprived, and had to be induced as doctors feared she might have to undergo an emergency C-section.
Steph said: "The build-up going into labour was pretty stressful, but as soon as I started pushing, he was out in 25 minutes.
"I was in a lot of pain and I hadn't slept.
"They warned me that if I didn't start dilating further, they would have to have an emergency C-section, which panicked me.
"I was in floods of tears when they told me."

Following the news she had given birth, Jeremy released a statement to say he would “step up” if he was his son, and now it has been claimed he is keen to find out as quickly as possible.
Jeremy said in an exclusive statement to the Sun Online soon after news of the birth broke: “I am delighted that Steph has safely had the baby, of course if he is my son I will absolutely step up and do what I can to support him.
"Any timescale for that is in Steph’s hands now."
