The 65-year-old, whose hits include Into The Groove and Material Girl, topped a green suit with a white cowboy hat in Miami.
Rocco, 23, was displaying a collection of paintings called Pack A Punch, inspired by Muay Thai fighters.
Madonna, who is currently trekking the world with her Celebration Tour, said: “So happy to have the night off to enjoy my son Rocco’s’s latest collection".
She was joined by daughter Mercy James, 18, son David Banda, 18, and twins Stella and Esetre, who all appear in her hit show.
Rocco, who is the son of director Guy Ritchie, says he has been painting since he was a boy.
