Keith Lemon wears a dress as he joins Paddy McGuinness to recreate classic Dirty Dancing pose on National Television Awards red carpet

KEITH Lemon and Paddy McGuinness recreated a classic Dirty Dancing pose on the National Television Awards red carpet tonight, as Keith opted for a DRESS on the big night.

The Celebrity Juice host showed off his legs in a short pink gown, as Paddy lifted him up and became Patrick Swayze for the night.

Keith and Paddy have been filming The Keith and Paddy Picture Show today, which is set to air in the coming months.

It's a comedy series of five episodes paying tribute to the comedy duo's favourite movies of all time, including Dirty Dancing, Jaws and Rocky.

The pair stole the show, just hours after Keith revealed he'd be attending in a dress as he didn't have time to change clothes due to a travel disaster.

He filmed a video explaining his wardrobe malfunction as he headed to the prizegiving in London wearing a particularly inappropriate outfit.

Keith, who is a comedy creation of funnyman Leigh Francis, shared a snap of himself backstage at the O2 Arena in London wearing a short pink dress.

He was seen walking down a corridor with a personalised red hoodie over the top of his outfit.

In a caption posted on Instagram, he joked: "She's wearing my coat. She must fancy me."

The comedy character shared a video explaining what happened, claiming he was driving to the show in thick fog.

Keith later insisted he wouldn't have time to change and would have to attend the awards ceremony in a dress.

He was filming The Keith And Paddy Picture Show with Paddy McGuinness, who sat beside him in the car, before heading to the O2.

He wrote in an Instagram cation: "Going t' #NTA's straight from filming on #KPPS din't have time t' change."

The Celebrity Juice host said: "I was able to take me nose off, me prosthetics, but I'm not wearing the correct attire for tonight.

"So I'm just a lass wearing a dress, just like all the other lasses wearing a dress."

Paddy also documented the trip on social media, sharing updates from the car and revealing the pair were having a pre-party drinking session.

He captioned the picture: "Little pre awards drinky poos in the car. Date night for baby & Jonny. #nta #KPPS."
