Who is Charley Webb?

Charlotte Anne Webb was born on February 26, 1988, in Bury, Greater Manchester.

She has two older sisters, one of whom, Cassie, is a make-up artist.

Her brother is Jamie Lomas, who is best known for playing Warren Fox in Hollyoaks and Jake Stone in EastEnders.

Charley was educated at Philips High School in Whitefield, Greater Manchester.

Does Charley Webb have any children?

Yes — she shares three children with her hubbie and co-star Matthew Wolfenden.

The actress welcomed her third child on July 29, 2019 and announced the news on Twitter with a sweet shot of the newborn, named Ace, along with the message: "BaByWoLf#3 has joined the crazy gang. We’re in a bubble of newborn’ness heaven."

Ace is now three years old.

The couple also have two other sons — Buster, 12, and Bowie, six.

What is Charley best known for?

Charley is known to soap fans for her role as Debbie Dingle on ITV's Emmerdale.

When she was eight years old she starred in a production of Bugsy Malone in Manchester.

She also played Kathy Carberry in one episode of The Royal in 2006.

Webb joined Emmerdale at the tender age of 14 in 2002 and has played the part ever since.

It was originally supposed to be a small part as foster child Debbie Jones, but the character was later developed and revealed as the daughter of Charity and Cain Dingle.

Her storylines have included teenage pregnancy and crime, through to running her own business and owning her own home.

Charley left the soap two years ago and her career has gone from strength to strength.

In July of this year Charley joined the UK tour of James Graham's Quiz alongside Rory Bremner, who played Chris Tarrant.

Quiz tells the story of the infamous 'Coughing Major' scandal which engulfed hit quiz show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire in 2001.

She is currently in ITV's hit drama The Long Shadow, which is undoubtedly a career highlight for her.

Who is Charley's brother Jamie Lomas?

Jamie is Charley's older brother.

He was born in Manchester on April 21, 1975.

The 48-year-old actor is best known for his role as bad boy Warren Fox in Channel 4's Hollyoaks.

Jamie also starred in EastEnders as alcoholic Jake Stone between 2013 and 2014.

During this time, he got caught up in the Lucy Beale murder storyline when her blood was found in his house.

His other acting credits include stints on Brookside, Coronation Street, Casualty, Heartbeat, Doctors and Stella.

He married Kym Marsh in 2012, but the pair divorced in 2014.

Their first son Archie died after being born prematurely.

The couple then went on to have a daughter Polly in 2011.

Jamie also has a son, Billy, born in 2006.

Is Charley married?

On February 19, 2018, it was revealed that Charley had married her Emmerdale co-star Matthew Wolfenden who she met on set.

The pair didn't even tell guests they were getting married and instead told them they were attending Charley's 30th birthday party.

Their 100 guests arrived at Ripley Castle in Harrogate where they were told the surprise news that they would be getting married instead.

They welcomed their first child, a boy called Buster, in April 2010, a second son, Bowie, in December 2015, and in July 2019 their third child, Ace, was born.

The couple split in August 2013 but reconciled a year later.

In November 2023 sources said the golden couple of soaps have effectively been living separate lives for months — after 15 years together — sparking rumours they are on the verge of splitting up.
