The singer and Thom often shoot raunchy workout videos in which they exercise in perfect synchronisation which get millions of likes on social media.
Nicole jetted away for a relaxing break with former rugby player Thom after a gruelling six month stint on the West End.

The former Pussycat Doll plays Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard, while will now be moving from the West End to New York’s Broadway.
She recently told Closer magazine: “It was life changing. The most exhausting thing in my life but the most rewarding.
“It felt like I'd won the Olympics when it was finished. It was hard work but it’s my passion and I wear my heart on sleeve. Now we're going to Broadway. It’s my dream job.
“I'm living my best life performing on stage… But would do less shows.”
