Emmerdale star Fiona Wade breaks down in tears after Dance Dance Dance routine goes wrong

EMMERDALE star Fiona Wade broke down in tears after her Dance Dance Dance performance went wrong on tonight's show.

Fiona, who plays Priya Sharma in the ITV soap, saw herself booted out of the competition alongside partner Ronnie this evening after receiving a low score for their dance.

The pair had performed 90s House classic Rhythm Is A Dancer by Snap! but had struggled with timing issues.

Ashley Banjo had praised them for coping with various things they had struggled with in previous weeks but added: "It's such a shame with those timing issues."

They received a low score of 22.5 for their overall performance.

Fiona's voice wobbled as she said she felt she had let her partner Ronnie down and said that they had done it perfectly in rehearsals before.

Ronnie also couldn't help a cry as they were hugged by their fellow contestants.

It was announced that the pair would be leaving the show after receiving the lowest points.

Fiona said afterwards: "I just want to say thank you, it's been such an amazing show to be a part of... Ronnie you have been my rock."
