KATIE Price risked a £5,000 fine for breaking strict rules by vaping inside a venue.
The 45-year-old was partying at the Celebrity Ex On The Beach launch party last night with her new boyfriend JJ Slater.

Katie downed drinks as she mingled with her famous pals inside Westminster Boating Base.
Despite there being a balcony for guests to smoke away from crowds outside, Katie was filmed puffing on her vape in the event area, which is hired out to raise funds for a charity teaching watersports on the Thames in central London to adults and children.
Footage shows Katie in a 360° video booth with JJ, Love Island's Joe Garratt and Towie stars Chloe Brockett and Saffron Lempriere.
Before filming the slow-mo video, Katie takes a drag of the vape before handing it over to JJ to hold.

She had earlier disrupted the screening by arriving late and vaping as the launch episode of Celebrity Ex on the Beach aired in front of a star-studded audience.
A source told The Sun: "I was waiting for the screening to start and asked the staff why it was taking so long - they said they were waiting for Katie to turn up.
"When she did turn up she was really annoying everyone around her by constantly chatting and vaping like a dragon. People were moving away at one point."
The use of electronic cigarettes is a popular alternative to traditional smoking in the UK, but there are rules and regulations surrounding where vaping is allowed.

Organisations are free to make their own policies on vaping on their premises, but Westminster Boating Base is believed to prohibit vaping indoors.
Vaping in music and sport venues, in airports or on a plane, while driving, in hospital or on public transport could land you a fine of up to £5000.
Katie joined celebrity guests and cast members to celebrate the new series at Westminster Boating Base where the event space had been transformed into a beach bar.
Stars of the latest series include Love Island winners Paige Turley and Finley Tapp, Towie's Yazmin Oukhellou.
Fans will also see Tamara Joy from Married At First Sight Australia, Too Hot To Handle's Chloe Veitch and James Pendergrass, rapper Ivorian Doll and F Boy Island's Jarred Evans.
The Sun revealed Chloe was spotted snogging Towie star Demi Sims.
Chloe - who came out as bi-sexual last year - couldn't stop smiling as she flirted with Demi whose exes include Megan Barton Hanson and Francesca Farago.
