Melanie Sykes uploads incredible no-makeup selfie to Instagram… then deletes it moments later
The 46-year-old TV star updated fans on what she's watching, reading and doing
MELANIE Sykes teased fans with a make-up free selfie on Saturday – but swiftly deleted it.
The 46-year-old model and TV host proved she looks good even without a lick of make-up as she lay on the sofa to watch a bit of golf.
Lancashire lass Mel posed in a white v-neck t-shirt and had her hair tied back as she shared her candid moment on Instagram.
“Good morning peeps! Having a lazy morning watching the golf,” she wrote to her 85.6K followers.

She used a series of hashtags to explain that she was make-up free, stating “Nomakeup”, and “NoNothing” to hit home her point.
The sports enthusiast was laying back to watch the Live European Tour Gold championships – with day three of action taking place in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.
However Mel soon removed her morning fresh photograph and then uploaded updates on what she was watching and reading.
Mel is looking forward to the upcoming Sky Arts series Portrait: Artist of the Year – although curiously she used a promotional image featuring the hashtag #Portrait2013.
Looking further to the past, the star told fans that she recently ordered a book titled Blitzed: Drugs in Nazi Germany by Norman Ohler – telling fans it was on her ‘good reads’ list.
However the brunette also whipped fans into a frenzy later on Saturday by highlighting her Sunday appearance on BBC Radio 2 alongside comedian Alan Carr – with the duo filling in for Paul O’Grady on his afternoon show.
More traditionally on Instagram, Mel loves to update fans on her impressive fitness regime with updates on the picture sharing app showing her hitting the gym, trying her hand at tennis, and striking a pose during yoga sessions.
The mum-of-two is also something of a Lancashire equivalent of Gwyneth Paltrow, running her own website packed with fitness and lifestyle advice and tips, not completely unlike Gwynnie's lifestyle blog Goop.
