Lisa Appleton falls out of her bikini as she practises her tennis moves on the beach in Spain

THROWING herself through the air and jabbing wildly with her plastic bat, Lisa Appleton appeared to struggling to get the hang of tennis during her latest holiday in Spain.

Clearly exerting herself as she tried to ace her partner, the 48-year-old gave the game everything she had but almost flashed onlookers as her ample breasts fell out of her bikini.

Lisa – who’s notorious for flashing the flesh in a variety of bizarre settings – was putting her ball skills to the test during a sun-drenched mini break in Spain.

Running across the white sand, Lisa was watched by bemused beach goers who may not have appreciated her attempts to hit a backhand while wearing an ill fitted two piece.

Despite this, Lisa battled on valiantly and appeared to be having the time of her life.

She didn’t shy away from some of the harder shots either – even throwing herself to the ground while attempting to keep the tiny ball in play.

Annoyingly for Lisa, at times the wall went completely out of play and she had to crawl around to try and locate it.

Once on the ground it appeared she wasn’t keen on getting up again so continued to play on her knees.

Luckily she noticed her bikini top had been coming loose and spent some time trying to preserve her modesty before continuing.

Once she tired of the game, Lisa sprawled out on the ground and enjoyed the heat of the sunshine on her body.

Lisa also spent some time having a go at building a sandcastle, something she regularly does on her trips abroad.

The heat of the sunshine soon became too much and Lisa ran over to have a splash about in the sea.

It almost turned into a disaster however when she was struck from behind from a large wave which almost swept Lisa off her feet.

Thankfully she managed to stay upright – keeping her long hair safe from the salty water – and continued to frolic around in the surf.

Lisa’s winter break comes as Britain shivers during the current cold spell that is causing havoc across the nation.

Last week Lisa revealed her joy at missing out on the freezing old conditions back at home.

She tweeted: “My word just seen all the blizzard pics about UK weather horrendous, stay safe everyone!’ the brunette babe wrote on the social media site.

“I’m lapping it up in Spain but feel it for you all.”

It wasn't just the weather Lisa was tweeting about however, as she sparked up a flirtation with Geordie Shore star Scotty T.

Scotty showed his interested in Lisa after he tweeted a picture of her pulling her suitcase along after a recent trip to London, wearing a see-through lace top and no bra.

The 28-year-old also shared a snap of Lisa putting her bin out in just a pair of pants and a low cut top, and he captioned both images: “Get a girl who can do both”.

Scotty's posts led fans to believe the reality star is looking for a woman who is a lady in the street, but a saucy pot in the bedroom, and it appears Lisa could be looking for the male equivalent, as she replied: “@ScottGShore get a guy who can do both” with a wink face emoji.
