JOE Wicks shared a shocking snap of his daughter's swollen face after a terrifying nut allergy.
The star took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of his oldest daughter, Indie, who is now five years old, when she had an allergic reaction at just eight months old.
In an Instagram Q&A, one fan asked: "Did indie get over her cashew allergy eventually?"
Joe who posted the throwback snap replied: "This was Indie around 8 months old when she first tried cashew butter. She was fine with peanut and almond butter so we assumed cashew would be fine."
"She came up in a rash and threw up. We offered it to her again about a year later and she was fine so she doesn't have a cashew allergy."
Indie's allergic reaction caused her skin to erupt into a nasty rash.
