Loose Women’s Linda Robson reveals she has lost seven pounds in EIGHT days as she fits into a size 14 in years after ditching sugar
Birds of a Feather star has ditched sugar after discovering she consumed the equivalent of 100 doughnuts each month in her food and drink
LINDA Robson has dropped half a stone in just eight days after ditching sugar.
The Loose Women panellist agreed to cut it out of her diet after admitting she drank a bottle of wine a night.
After it was then revealed on one of last week's shows that she consumed the equivalent of 100 doughnuts in sugar a month, Linda began her new diet, and on Wednesday's Loose Women, she revealed how well she was doing already.
She said: "Mark weighed me. I still don’t know how much I weigh but I’ve lost between six and seven pounds in eight days.
"The wine belly has gone down quite a lot already."
The 58-year-old has swapped the wine for sparking water and mints when she's sat at home with her husband Mark, and she's still learning new techniques to avoid falling back into her bad habits.
She continued: "It’s not as hard as it was but I’m still struggling, it’s just having that something in your hand.
"We distract ourselves, we’ve been watching The Crown on Netflix."

However Linda has got more hurdles to come as she admitted she is off to Florida to film a competition for the show.
She said: "Tat’s going to be quite hard but Alison Hammond is going with me and she’s doing Sugar Free Farm so we’re going to help each other."
Linda's Loose Women co-stars have also been supporting her, with Ruth Langsford sharing a photo of them having their breakfast together, before Linda revealed another way she is seeing a change in just over a week.
She said: "For the first time in a while I’m in a size 14, this shirt is new and it’s a size 14."
The Birds of a Feather actress added the public are keeping an eye on her too to make sure she doesn't slip up.
She laughed: "People are checking up on me. They’re checking my basket to make sure there’s no wine in there."
