RACING pundit John McCririck was left looking like a member of the Backstreet Boys after his appearance on Celebrity 100% Hotter.
The 76-year-old ditched his trademark Fez for a charming white boater - but it was the rest of his outfit that gave him a touch of boyband pizzazz.
John was dressed head-to-toe in white, which left viewers comparing him to the US band in their iconic I Want It That Way video.
Others went as far as to compare the married horse-racing expert to a pimp, and said that the makeover team on the Channel 5 show had taken style tips from rapper P Diddy.
One tweeted: "So they've dressed him like P Diddy, plaited his sidies, and scrawled on some fake orange brows... looks like a bad waxwork."
It wasn't only his famous sideburns that got tidied away - somehow hair guru Daniel K. Palmer managed to talk the bad tempered pensioner in to having a MAN BUN.
The shock addition to the back of his head left some viewers praising his 'hipster' makeover.
The rest of the creative team and people at home all seemed impressed with John's "hipster makeover", with some even demanding that the look be finished off with a man bag.
John, despite some initial reservations, seemed happy to have a look that he could wear to the cricket.
John told the team that he wanted "a new look, something practical and convenient".
He added that not changing meant he was "a dinosaur... and I'm not ready to go in a museum next."
Later he was convinced to opt for a pair of suede slip-on loafers and a linen suit - but he had no idea that the end results would be so angelic.
"I like the material but I need bigger pockets," he said when his new look was unveiled.
"It feels comfortable."
Daniel then explained: "I was very restricted with what I could do with your hair, no scissors, no cutting, no touching..."
John thought he had done "very well".
Daniel added: "I tried to give you a nice Easy London hipster look, sleek... a little bun at the back.
"I feel like we've achieved a lot.
"I wanted to cut everything off."
