Pregnant Binky Felstead admits her ‘heart stopped’ and she ‘burst into tears’ when she found out she was expecting a baby with Made In Chelsea co-star Josh ‘JP’ Paterson

BINKY Felstead burst into tears when she found out she was pregnant.

The Made in Chelsea star made the shock announcement that she was expecting her first child with co-star Josh 'JP' Paterson over the weekend.

The parents-to-be posed for a shoot with to share the news, but while the 26-year-old is now looking forward to being a mum, her initial reaction was totally different.

She told the publication: "My first reaction when I saw [the positive test], honestly? It was 's***'.

"My heart stopped. I burst into tears.

"Josh and I weren't talking at the time and I was really overwhelmed."

While the pair are keen to raise their baby together, they are not officially dating at the moment and won't be rushing back into a relationship for the sake of their baby.

JP said: "Where we're both being very mature is with the fact that you should never get back together just because there's a baby in the picture.

"It has to be for the right reasons.

"We love each other a great deal and there's no pressure - but you do have to take the past into consideration, where there have been a few hiccups. We're just taking it very easy."

Binky added neither of them are dating anyone else, and while they still go on dates and "hang out" it would be "silly" to rush back into anything.

But even if they don't get back together, the pair both think they are having a child with the right person.

JP said: "Binky is kind and caring and has all the qualities of a good mum.

"She's honestly going to be amazing - there's not a doubt in my mind."

Binky added: "I've been very lucky. If I were to get pregnant by anyone, he's not a bad one. Not only is he good looking, he's a good listener, very calm and very loving."

Binky initially put down the fact she had missed a period to her fitness regime, explaining: "I thought I wasn't on my period because of my training and my strict diet.
"I was training hard for my Reebok shoots."
